A New World Begins

The World becomes new and that’s a reality in front of us. The molting of this new world has several reasons; End the breathless of nuclear negotiations with whatever the results future will bring, marks a different world since noon yesterday. Without overstatement few events had been in history that changed process of the world. Iran nuclear negotiation with six of world powers is one of the same events. From today the hefty international history book seven dimensional dialogues will begin which obtain the end of a long dispute and it is a silver lining window which open in front of who concerned of future world. Whether Iran has been won or west in diplomatic duel is not important for history. The re-emphasize on understanding of the “diplomacy power” is the important issue that to recognize the only real established window of peace and potent order world.

“Table of negotiation” becomes a sign in the “modern new world”. Today’s international community resolves great challenges between super powers or the conflict in the interest of these powers with regional or trans-regional ones with negotiation and talks. In this new era no one cheer for anthem of war. It might not end the opposition, as the hostility between Iran and America is fixed but even with the hostility we can seat behind the negotiation table. We can consider the national interests and values but we can convince the enemy with the negotiation. The first evidence of this example is in the Zarif and Kerry’s smile. Where they were agent of their countries national interests instead of threaten each other they shake hands with the friendly posture in front of flashes of cameras. They seat behind the diplomacy table and find the respectful resolution for their issues. In the new era table of negotiation changes the concept of hostility. However the dignity and identity of Iran and America’s dissatisfaction with each other still exist but now at least this hostility and conflict is a silenced issue; nuclear dispute is the issue that in the past never suspected to reach agreement with negotiation. Nuclear agreement has a mark for the world that two governments with their conflicted world aim on their interests can reach a single formula for their interests and benefits and therefore put gun down. It is evidence for which maybe Iran doesn’t become allied with west and maybe west for stopping Iran’s influence on the region makes no hesitant but hostility can be balanced with “diplomatic powers” and wear the suspension dress. Today Iran is a weighty reliable country which can stand next to other countries and give credible to the world. America and its allied countries never speak about changing Iran’s government. Though they have their typical aim but they will say they reach agreement with Iran and from now on they never have the courage to utter their malicious aim. As negotiation reveal the signs of new era, it also rewrites the international communication philosophy; it established a complicated process in which might separate the friends and gather together the enemies. Diplomacy is not a toy for friends but it’s an inevitable issue in the communication with the enemies and competitors. Richard Nixon in “Seize the Moment” said: “its necessary to respect friends but it is vital to enemies.” If the player be from enemies’ circle the role of diplomacy will promoted. In the new era, hostility or friendship isn’t a remark to sit behind a table, based on “compromised strategy” and getting the high level of “common interests” in a dispute world players follow associated interaction.

According to this, 14 July 2015 in the world is the beginning of a new history for which the foundations of international system has been changed and Iran nuclear negotiation will be one of the most important signs of it. In the previous era rule of the game in international area was different, super international powers leaned on their armaments and weapons, dictated their policy and made others obey.
